Every session offers a unique way to cultivate presence\, reflection\, and connection. \nThis Monday\, join us for a Mindful Poetry Class—a gentle invitation to bring mindfulness into authentic expression through writing. \nThis class weaves together meditation\, contemplation\, and poetry as a way to slow down\, tune inward\, and give voice to what arises. The intention is to cultivate awareness\, compassion\, and curiosity around what it feels like to be still\, to write\, and—if you choose—to share your words in a supportive\, nonjudgmental space.
