Whip up dressing in a mason jar and shake vigorously (or add into a blender or a bowl to whisk).
Saute garlic and onion with a dash of water or veggie broth.
Once onions are translucent, add in broccoli & bell pepper.
Add in more water or veggie broth, if needed.
Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
Mix with the delicious dressing and top with optional sesame seeds.
