Yoga for Beginners 4-Week Series/Class1

Join Valerie Holbert, RYT-500 for the first of our 4 week series for all body types and experience levels. Learn or revisit basic yoga poses, breath work, and meditation. We will introduce some accessible poses, alignment, modifications, breath work and meditation practices. From the comfort of your own home, we will explore with curiosity and compassion so you can have the confidence to attend in person classes or develop your own yoga practice.
Pre-Registration is required. Register by October 3rd!

Accessibility: Instructors are trained to facilitate classes to people standing or in a chair. Classes are in English. Classes are audio and visual based and there are no transcriptions or subtitles.
