️ If Buncombe County Schools are cancelled, Bounty & Soul markets are canceled.
️ If Buncombe County Schools are released early due to snow, Bounty & Soul afternoon markets are cancelled.
️ If Buncombe County Schools have a delay, Bounty & Soul markets continue as normal.
