Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Give oatmeal a quick spin in a food processor or blender for 2-3 seconds. Do not turn the oatmeal into a fine powder. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon mixture by medium scoops onto the pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
