2/3cupunsweetened soyhemp or almond milk (or milk of choice)
1cupfresh or thawed frozen strawberriessliced (see note)
2tablespoonschopped walnutsor other nut choice
Instructions
Place the oats and chia seeds in a portable cup, add non-dairy milk
refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir in sliced strawberries and walnuts.
Note: Other berries, cherries or sliced peaches may also be used.
