Ali's Orange Ginger Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
¼
cup
extra virgin olive oil or veggie broth
¼
cup
water
2
tbsp
tahini
1
clove
garlic
minced
2
tbsp
chopped scallion
1
inch
fresh ginger
minced
Dash of raw honey or other sweetener
1
tbsp
sesame oil or olive oil
Juice of ½ an orange
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Notes
Orange is packed full of Vitamin C that will help give your immune system a boost. Ginger is a known anti-inflamatory agent that helps fight chronic diseases.
