Asian Greens Stir Fry
Ingredients

bunch
(about 8 oz) bok choy, arugula, napa cabbage, mizuna, other leafy green, chopped
½
onion, chopped
1
bunch
(about 4 oz) cilantro, chopped
3
green onions, thinly sliced

cups
or 2 large carrots, shredded
¼
cup
reduced sodium soy sauce

teaspoon
sesame oil
1
tablespoon
grated ginger
red chili flakes to taste
Instructions
Simply saute all ingredients except cilantro and green onion on medium heat until kale is slightly wilted and vegetables are tender.
Garnish with cilantro.
