Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a pan with parchment paper or lightly coat pan with nonstick spray or oil.
In a bowl, place avocado, flax egg, sugar, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla. Process until smooth.
In a separate bowl add cocoa powder, coconut/almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Process until smooth.
Combine ingredients of both bowls together and mix well.
Add optional chocolate chips, berries, dried fruit, etc.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool. If able cool for at least 4 hours in the fridge.
