Banana Blueberry Bread
Ingredients

white whole wheat flour

tsp
baking soda

tsp
baking powder

tsp
salt

tsp
ground cinnamon
4
large overripe bananas
¾
cup
light brown sugar
¼
cup
coconut oil
melted and cooled
½
cup
unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2
tsp
pure vanilla extract
1
cup
fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mash bananas and add in sugar, oil, vanilla and milk. Mix well. Fold in blueberries.
Fill loaf pan with batter and bake for about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
This bread will freeze well.
