Breakfast Chia Pudding with Berries
Quick and pudding-like. Packed with nutrition! Use fresh or frozen berries.
Ingredients
1/2
cup
chia seeds
1 1/2
cup
almond milk
or other plant milk
1
teaspoon
pure maple syrup
honey or agave
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/4
cup
frozen berries
optional
Optional: mash a ripened brown banana for sweetness instead of maple syrup
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir.
Leave in fridge overnight to soak. The chia seeds will become gel like.
Divide into bowls, garnish with berries, and serve.
