3cupsfirmly packed chickweed or other tasty greens
¼cupolive oil or other available oil
¼cupwater
1-3tbsplemon juice or apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender. If you’re having a hard time getting it to blend all the way, add a little water as needed. Eat with crackers, chips, carrots, peppers, put on pasta, use as a sandwich spread, or pour directly into your mouth.

Chickweed is excellent for gut health and aids in digestion by improving circulation to the digestive tract. It is packed with calcium, magnesium, and zinc.
