Creamy Avocado Dressing
Ingredients
- ½ ripe avocado
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¾ cup cilantro
- 2 scallions or ¼ onion chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon sweetener agave, local honey, pure maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and puree.
- Transfer to a mason jar or bowl and serve as a delicious dressing or dip!
