Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Slice apples into very thin rings. (I leave the core in because I think it makes a prettier apple chip, but you can remove it.)
Place apple rings on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
In a small bowl, mix together sugar and spices. Sprinkle over apple rings.
Place baking sheet in the oven. Baking time depends on the thickness and water content of your apple slices. Remove when crisp. Approximately 1 1/2-2 hours.
