Easy Apple Pie Crumble
Ingredients
6
apples, sliced
(leave peels on for extra fiber + nutrients!)
1
cup
whole oats
½
raisins
(optional)
1
tablespoon
cinnamon
½
tablespoon
nutmeg
Juice of 1 orange
¼
cup
coconut oil or plant-based butter
(slightly melted to easily mix)
Optional: add chopped nuts on top for boosted protein and an added crunch!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients except orange juice in a bowl.
Place in a baking pan and drizzle orange juice over top.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour until all ingredients are soft--stirring occasionally.
