Optional: olive oil, vegetable broth, or water to saute veggies
Instructions
Add water, vegetable broth, or cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil to a skillet. Saute garlic, ginger and onion on medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until onion becomes translucent.
Add squash and okra. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until soft.
Add soy sauce or tamari, salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
