Grape Salsa
Ingredients
2
cups
seedless grapes,
halved
1
cucumber,
diced
1
cup
cherry tomatoes,
quartered (or diced roma tomato)
½
small
red onion,
finely chopped
1
small jalapeno
stemmed, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
⅓
cup
finely chopped cilantro
2
tablespoons
honey
1
lime, juiced
1
tablespoon
red wine vinegar
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Cucumber chips: Finely slice cucumbers for chips…. they are refreshing and nutritious!
Instructions
Chop all ingredients and toss them into a bowl with honey, lime, vinegar, and oregano.
Add salt and pepper to taste and more or less ingredients to make this to your own perfection.
