½cupcoconut milk or other plant milk (oat, soy, rice, almond, etc)
3tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
1teaspoonhoney
¼teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Put all the shredded vegetable into a large bowl.
In a separate bowl mix plant milk, honey, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing onto the cabbage mixture and toss until the cabbage is well coated. Option to massage with hands. Allow to marinate in the fridge for a few hours if you have the option (the longer the flavors are together, the tastier it often is!) Enjoy!.
