1Bunch of hydroponic lettuce (can use spinach, kale, or another leafy green)
1Cupviolets cut to preference
½cupshredded carrots
¼cupchopped basil or parsley
Other optional toppings: nutsseeds, quinoa, additional vegetables on hand
Dressing:
⅓cupolive oil
½lemon juice
1tbsp.Red wine vinegar
Instructions
Mix salad ingredients together as desired
Mix dressing ingredients together and pour desired amount onto salad. Put the rest aside to use later!
