½tspfresh or dried thyme

Instructions
Gently fry the onion and minced garlic in coconut oil over medium-high heat until it turns golden brown.
Add the washed and drained kale . After the kale wilts a bit, add the chickpeas and cook for about 6 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
Begin mashing the chickpeas with a fork. You can mash them as fine as you like.
