Add the oats, chia seeds and pumpkin spice to a food processor and blend to a powder consistency.
Add the dates, pumpkin puree and almond butter, and blend until a thick, sticky dough is formed (about 2-5 minutes).
Portion out energy bites using a tablespoon. Press between your hands to form a sphere or roll into a ball.
Repeat until all the dough is formed into about 18 bites.
Store in refrigerator or freezer for firmer bites (thaw a few minutes before enjoying).
