1package of No evil foods such as sausage or chorizo
½onion or green onions
2tbsp.Chopped ginger
2clovesgarlic
1orange, sliced and chopped
3tbsp.Tamari or soy sauce
Vegetables of choice to add (ie: greens, bell peppers, squash).
Optional: Serve over rice or quinoa. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Instructions
Saute onion (unless using green onion), ginger, and garlic until caramelized (3-5 mins) in veggie broth, water, or oil.
Saute all other ingredients until tender. Chop no evil foods stallion Italian sausage (remove plastic, cut into half moon shapes). Add No Evil Foods plant-based sausage.
Serve with desired garnishes and over brown rice, lentils, or quinoa if desired.
