Saute chorizo in ¼ c. vegetable broth until browned. Add onions and seasonings until they have softened. Add mushrooms, green beans, and the rest of broth and saute until cooked through. Boil or bake sweet potato and mash ( you will use this later to spread on taco). Add greens to saute and cook until wilted. Add tamari, salt, pepper, & lime juice to taste. Spread sweet potato mash over a taco shell or cabbage leaf. Add saute mixture over top. Serve with optional toppings of your choice!
