Juice of 1 lime

1tablespoonrice wine vinegar or lemon juice
2Tablespoonssesame oil or other available oil
Salt + pepper to taste
*Use other half of cabbage for cabbage wrap*
Instructions
DIRECTIONS:
Put a large skillet on high heat, and add sesame oil, cabbage, and green onions.
Saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients, and saute on high heat for a remaining 1 - 3 minutes. Let simmer.
Add sauce. Serve with optional brown rice or quinoa and add into cabbage wrap.
