**Wrap in hydroponic lettuceromaine lettuce, or cabbage!**
Instructions
Saute garlic and onion on a skillet. Once onions become translucent (3-5 minutes) add pineapple and bell pepper.
Cook for another 5-7 minutes. Lastly, add black beans. Mix in spices.
Top with cilantro, lime juice, and diced tomato.
