Pinto Bean Hummus
Ingredients
1 3/4
cups
or one 15 oz. can of pinto beans
drained and rinsed (reserve liquid in separate container if omitting oil)

tablespoons
olive oil

tap water or veggie broth

small
garlic clove or about ½ teaspoon minced

teaspoon
Italian seasoning
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Process until smooth.
Serve with pita chips or raw vegetables.
