2cupsunsweetened nondairy milk such as almondoat, soy or rice milk
1frozen banana
1cuppumpkin puree
2tbspchia seeds
1tbspground flaxseed
1tsppumpkin pie spice*
Optional: dates or maple syrup for more sweetness
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until totally smooth.
Pour into a jar and enjoy immediately!
Notes
