A fruity and nutty breakfast for when you've only got a few minutes!
Ingredients
110 inch whole-grain tortilla
1Tablespoonspeanut butterlook for no salt or no sugar added
1Tablespoonunsweetened apple butter or other fruit buttercan also substitute with fresh apple slices either whole or processed in a blender
1ripened bananasliced
2Tablespoonsraisins
OPTIONS: Try corn tortilla or almond butter
Instructions
Place the tortilla on a flat surface. Spread the nut butter across the middle of the tortilla and top with the apple butter, banana, and raisins.
Fold the ends of the tortilla in toward the center, and roll the wrap up like a burrito. Serve.
