Rainbow Turnip Green Wraps
Ingredients

sliced turnip greens or bok choy

medium
onion,
sliced

red sweet pepper,
minced
cabbage leaves for wrapping
steamed so they are easy to handle
Purple cabbage
optional (blanch cabbage leaves)
Sauce
1
clove
garlic,
minced

Tablespoons
tamari

Tablespoons
water

Tablespoons
grated fresh ginger

Tablespoons
honey

Tablespoons
rice vinegar

teaspoons
sesame oil

teaspoon
crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Saute vegetables on medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
Add sauce and stir.
Wrap in cabbage leaf as the “shell”
