Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Optional flax eggs. Mix flax and water in a separate bowl. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.
Grease mini muffin pan.
Mash cooked sweet potato and banana together in a small bowl. Add the nut butter, eggs and chia seeds. Add in the cinnamon and other mix in’s.
Pour in muffin pan.
Bake for 18 minutes. Cool and serve.
