Turmeric Pineapple Smoothie (Anti-Inflammatory!)
Ingredients

banana
2
cups
fresh or frozen pineapple
1
cup
ice
ΒΌ
cup
coconut milk or plant milk
almond, soy, oat, etc
1
tablespoon
ground turmeric
Pinch
of black pepper
helps the turmeric absorb
Optional add-ins: vanilla
raw honey, agave, pure maple syrup, flax seed
Instructions
Add all of these wonderful ingredients into a blender and mix!
