Together, we enjoy cooking demos, share food from regional and local farms as well as other healthy staples, and co-create an experience of community connection.

Bounty & Soul provides fresh, nutritious food to thousands of people every month across 8 locations in Buncombe County.
Our no-cost markets offer more than just produce— we share plant-based recipes, hands-on cooking demonstrations, healthy samples, children's activities, well-being resources, nutrition tips, and access to local resources.
Additionally, our Spanish-speaking staff are available to connect participants with local resources.
