The Development Director provides oversight for all development activities. This position is responsible for developing a comprehensive, data-driven development plan and implementing fundraising strategies that align with Bounty & Soul’s strategic priorities and funding needs. The Director develops, manages and implements strategies to attract maximum gift support through annual appeals, seasonal and capital campaigns, fundraising events, major gifts, recurring gifts, planned giving, online fundraising, sponsorships and digital marketing. Strong focus will be on individual donors, business and corporate sponsors, foundations, new prospects and expanding and diversifying the donor base. This position will also play a key role in the brand development, communications and public relations for Bounty & Soul.

This position manages all aspects of community engagement and volunteer management within the organization. This includes recruitment, supervision, training and connectivity of volunteers; the input and feedback of community participants in the continued formation and evaluation of programs; and the education and awareness of Bounty & Soul’s mission to wider community partners, facilitating their contributions to the Bounty & Soul community.

The HOP Distribution Support will be a key member of the team that purchases food, packs individual grocery bags, and delivers groceries directly to Healthy Opportunities Pilot (HOP) clients. This role requires significant attention to detail, shifting between many types of tasks each day, and significant verbal and written communication with staff, volunteers, and clientele. We are hiring for two part-time HOP Distribution Support positions. One position is 24 hours/week and the second position is 16 hours/week. These two positions cannot be combined.
