Director of Programs and Facilities

The Director of Programs and Facilities collaborates with the Director of Food and Farms and the Director of Special Projects, ensuring that the organization's values, standards, procedures and mission objectives are met. This role has direct oversight of Rooted in Health and Community Engagement programs, facilities management, as well as evaluation and advocacy efforts in alignment with the organization's strategic plan. Community Health Worker

We are seeking a resourceful Certified Community Health Worker (or someone actively pursuing certification), Social Worker, Case Manager, or equivalent professional to enhance access to vital health, social, and community resources for the individuals and families we serve. This role includes supporting community members in post-Hurricane Helene recovery, ensuring they have access to the resources needed to rebuild and thrive. In this role, this team member will work closely with participants to identify their needs, connect them to appropriate services, and support their overall well-being through education, outreach, and resource navigation. Food Distribution Associate

This is a community-facing role connecting Bounty & Soul with the greater local food system. This team member will represent Bounty & Soul to the community by leading volunteer activities within our food hub and at community markets with the Farmers Market Truck initiative, partnering with communities who will benefit from access to fresh food and health and wellbeing opportunities. The right person will maintain professionalism; foster community partnerships; distribute fresh food with a commitment to health, compassion, and respect; and operate our fleet of vehicles and equipment with care and safety.
