Cooking for One: A 4-Week Series


Do you live alone and find it challenging to stay motivated to cook nourishing meals just for yourself? You’re not alone—and this class is for you. Cooking for One is a 4-week, hands-on cooking series designed to help you build confidence in the kitchen, reduce food waste, and discover the joy of preparing healthy meals for one.

Each week, we’ll explore a new theme—ranging from simple one-pot dishes and meal prep strategies to build-a-bowl meals and quick 30-minute recipes—all centered around wholesome, mostly plant-based ingredients. Whether you’re looking to save time, eat better, or just enjoy cooking again, you’ll leave each session with new skills, delicious food, and the support of a like-minded community.

When: Tuesdays, 5:00–7:00 PM, September 2nd, 9th, 16th, & 23rd
Where: 1038 Old US Hwy 70 W, Black Mountain
