Join us for a 3-week hands-on cooking series designed to make plant-based holiday meals simple, nourishing, and approachable. Whether you’re new to plant-based cooking or looking for festive inspiration, this class will give you the skills and confidence to create balanced, flavorful dishes perfect for holiday gatherings.
Guided by a Registered Dietitian, each session will explore practical cooking techniques, tips for creating seasonal, nutrient-dense dishes, and ways to make your holiday meals both satisfying and lighter on the body. You’ll leave each class with new skills, inspiration, and ideas to bring plant-forward cooking into your holiday traditions.
