This program is designed for Latina women because, in Latin culture, it is not customary for them to prioritize their own well-being; instead, their lives often revolve around caring for their children, managing household chores, and handling a multitude of other responsibilities. This program creates a dedicated space where women can come individually to engage in wellness and self-care exercises and activities, while also providing a safe environment where they can be heard by other women.
