Each Monday, we gather as a community to welcome the week with mindfulness and intention. Every session features a unique offering led by a different instructor, each sharing their own approach to cultivating peace and presence.

This Monday, explore Ayurvedic Tools for a Balancing Fall with guided breathwork and self-marma practice.

Ayurveda, the ancient science of life, teaches us to align with the rhythms of nature. As the fall season brings cooler, windier, and drier qualities, we’ll learn practical tools to stay grounded and balanced. This class will introduce simple ways to support your body and mind during seasonal transitions through daily practices, breathwork rooted in Vedic tradition, and marma therapy—an ancient modality similar to acupressure that helps regulate the nervous system and release stagnant energy.

This nourishing practice is designed to:

  • Support balance during seasonal shifts

  • Calm and regulate the nervous system

  • Release tension and restore energy flow

  • Cultivate vitality and resilience
