Each Monday, we gather as a community to welcome the week with mindfulness and intention. Every session features a unique offering led by a different instructor, each sharing their own approach to cultivating peace and presence.

This Monday, join us for Gentle Yoga with Dani.

Through slow, mindful movements and breathwork, Dani will guide you in a practice designed to foster relaxation, flexibility, and inner balance. This session is open to all levels and will help you:

✨ Release tension and restore the body
