Myofascial Release is a form of Osteopathic Manual Therapy that holistically treats pain, dysfunction, and imbalance in the body through gentle human touch.
Join Emily Smith, Myofascial Release Therapist and Movement Coach, for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation. Emily will guide us through a series of gentle and mindful Qigong movements and transformational techniqes with props, allowing you to experience the benefits of Myofascial Release. She will also provide hands-on Myofascial Release for those who wish to receive.
