Mindful Monday: Qigong with Michelle

Each Monday, we gather as a community to welcome the week with mindfulness and intention. Every session features a unique offering led by a different instructor, each sharing their own approach to cultivating peace and presence.

This Monday, experience the gentle, flowing movements of Qigong with Michelle.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that integrates slow, intentional movement, breathwork, and meditation to support the body’s natural energy flow. Michelle will guide you through a series of exercises designed to awaken vitality, release tension, and bring a sense of calm balance to your whole being.

This grounding practice is designed to:

  • Reduce stress and calm the nervous system

  • Improve energy flow and circulation

  • Enhance physical and emotional resilience

Come as you are and allow this healing practice to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Spots are limited, so secure your spot now!
