Each Monday, we gather as a community to welcome the week with mindfulness and intention. Every session features a unique offering led by a different practitioner, each sharing their own approach to cultivating peace and presence.
This Monday, join us for Qigong with Michelle — a gentle movement practice rooted in ancient Chinese medicine that helps balance the body, calm the mind, and open the heart.
Through slow, intentional movements, deep breathing, and mindful awareness, Michelle will guide us in reconnecting with our energy and finding ease within. Qigong is accessible to everyone—no experience necessary—and offers a peaceful way to:
