Mindful Monday: Yoga and Journaling

Each Monday, we gather as a community to welcome the week with mindfulness and intention. Every session features a unique offering led by a different instructor, each sharing their own approach to cultivating peace and presence.

This Monday, join Carol Jones for a soulful evening of yoga and journaling.

Carol will guide you through gentle, intentional yoga movements to release tension and reconnect with your breath. Afterward, settle into reflective journaling, using thoughtful prompts to cultivate clarity, gratitude, and self-awareness.

This mindful practice is designed to:
Encourage relaxation and inner balance
Provide space for self-reflection and growth
Cultivate a deeper connection between mind and body
