Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that allows you to enter a deep state of conscious relaxation. As you rest comfortably, Shonna will lead you through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization techniques to quiet the mind and release tension.
This deeply restorative practice is designed to:
