Mindful Monday: Yoga Nidra and Slow Flow with Shelley

Each Monday, we gather as a community to welcome the week with mindfulness and intention. Every session offers a unique way to cultivate presence, reflection, and connection.
This Monday, join us for Yoga Nidra & Slow Flow—a beginner-friendly class designed to gently support your body and calm your mind.
We’ll begin with a slow, accessible flow to mindfully move through simple postures, linking breath with movement to build awareness, mobility, and ease. This portion of class is perfect for beginners or anyone craving a softer, more intentional pace.
We’ll then transition into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation practiced lying down. Often called “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra helps settle the nervous system, release tension, and invite profound rest while remaining gently aware.
This nourishing practice is designed to:

No prior yoga experience is necessary—just come as you are. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable. Spots are limited, so be sure to reserve yours.
