Each Monday, we gather as a community to welcome the week with mindfulness and intention. Every session features a unique offering led by a different instructor, each sharing their own approach to cultivating peace and presence.

Dani will guide you through a mindful flow that combines gentle movements with breathwork to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and connect deeply with your body. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class will offer a nurturing space to find balance and ease.
