Join us for a 4-week hands-on cooking series designed to make plantbased eating simple, nourishing, and approachable. Whether you’re new to plantbased meals or looking to expand your skills, this class will provide the tools and confidence to create balanced, satisfying dishes using whole, plantbased ingredients.

Guided by a Registered Dietitian, each session will explore practical cooking techniquesplantbased protein sources, and ways to build flavorful, nutrient-dense meals. With a focus on simple, everyday ingredients, you’ll leave each class with new skills, recipes, and a deeper understanding of how to nourish your body through food.
