Bounty & Soul Kids now provides family and caregiver workshop opportunities on various topics throughout the year! Topics such as: Fun with Food and Picky Eaters, Food to Eat When You’re Not Feeling Well, Movement and Brain Breaks, Routines for Healthful Sleep, and All Things Toilet Training.
These discussions offer practical information and tools for you to support your child’s health and development.
We’re excited to offer this new initiative to parents and caregivers in the community in support of children’s health and wellbeing.
These classes are open to the public, with registration, and are FREE of charge!
Classes are held the last Friday of every month from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Black Mountain Library
