Bounty & Soul is proud to share having received a generous grant award of $20,000 from The Community Foundation of Western North Carolina in support of our Produce to the People™️ program. This grant will help to cover food purchases and truck operations for our Community Markets and Benevolent Box home delivery, as well as to support the purchase of a refrigeration unit for our van, Baby Bell, which shuttles farm fresh food from our local farm partners to our community family.
The Community Foundation is a nonprofit serving eighteen counties in Western North Carolina. The Foundation is a permanent regional resource that facilitated $29 million in charitable giving last year. CFWNC inspires philanthropy and mobilizes resources to enrich lives and communities in Western North Carolina.
