This is a legal document that includes a release of liability. Please read it before signing.

1. I have chosen to offer volunteer services with Bounty & Soul in order to help fulfill its charitable mission.
2. I understand that some of the work volunteers are asked to do involves physical labor and I also understand that there are activities that involve or utilize vehicles and other equipment by Bounty & Soul, or by persons acting on its behalf, to move, store, load and otherwise deal with goods and supplies. I acknowledge that I may decline to participate in any volunteer activities and that my participation is at my own risk, including among other things possible injury or damage to my person or property.
3. I understand that Bounty & Soul serves the community at large and is not responsible for the conduct of community participants at public events. I agree to alert a Bounty & Soul staff member if there is an occurrence that impacts my safety, makes me uncomfortable in any way, or which I feel could be improved for the benefit of the community.
4. I hereby release, hold harmless and indemnify each of Bounty & Soul, SEG II, LLC [Ahold Lease U.S.A. Inc.], and [R.A. Black Mountain LLC] and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, fiduciaries, servants, agents, predecessors, successors and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from all actions, judgments, executions, suits, investigations, liabilities, including negligence, strict liability and other causes of action, debts, claims, demands and expenses of every kind which I have now or which may arise out of or in connection with my volunteer activities in Bounty & Soul, including without limitation any injury or damage to person or property (the “Release Matters”), and any of its associated activities, including, without limitation, all Release Matters that are known or unknown, direct and/or indirect, existing at law or in equity, of whatsoever kind or nature, whether heretofore or hereafter accruing, for or because of any matter or thing done, omitted, or suffered to be done by any of the Released Parties prior to and following the date hereof.
5. I further agree to release and indemnify and hold harmless the parties listed in (3) above from any claim, loss, liability, damage or cost, including attorney fees that they may incur due to my participation in Bounty & Soul.
6. This release, hold harmless agreement, indemnification and assumption of risk shall be binding on me, my heirs, assigns, members of my family, my executors, administrators, and any personal representatives.
7. I have read this release, understand its terms, have had an opportunity to consult with legal counsel and therefore now execute it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.
