Join Valerie Holbert , RYT-500 for the first of our 4 week series for all body types and experience levels. Every Tuesday in October, starting October 5th – October 26th, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, learn or revisit basic yoga poses, breath work, and meditation. We will introduce some accessible poses, alignment, modifications, breath work and meditation practices. From the comfort of your own home, we will explore with curiosity and compassion so you can have the confidence to attend in person classes or develop your own yoga practice.
